Some time around 1974 the band changed drummers and their name to Glider. After a few gigs in London, apparently someone from a band of the same name threatened them and they changed their name once again to Plummet Airlines. The band released two singles, the first on Stiff records and this, their second, and my personal favorite on State Records. There was also an Album that was released on Armageddon Records in 1981 after the band was gone. The album was a compilation of their John Peel sessions, live recordings from the Hope and Anchor and maybe some other recorded odds and ends. I'm not totally sure since I have never heard it. At some pint after 1977 due to a lack of a long term record contract, and some indecision amongst band members as to the direction of the band, Plummet Airlines was no more. If anyone has anything else to add please feel free.
