The Cult Heroes from Ann Arbor, Michigan have been around since 1978. They are often compared to The MC5 or The Stooges. They have performed with the likes of Joan Jett, Iggy Pop, The Ramones, Smashing Pumpkins, The Sonic Rendezvous Band, The Dead Boys, Johnny Thunders and others. Drummer Larry Steele also played in Destroy All Monsters. .
