Third Floor Strangers - Lorraine

    Originally called The Tourists; Third Floor Strangers were a Buffalo, NY four piece, formed in 1979. They released this single, and a full length titled, "Last Chance" before disbanding in 1983. Lorraine also appears on their LP, but I prefer this version. Sadly, I read Mark Lukich, and Jef Allen passed away.

UK, so, on the original release of the TFS single and the EP, the drummer was David Dumitru, not Chuck. Chuck came into the picture after I had gone on the road and landed in Texas. I landed back in Buffalo for that gig that some NYC people put together, and I do have to say, I nailed that fucker. Everyone else is now dead, and Bob James can't just stop writing songs about the day I told him that he had no balls because he wouldn't take us to NYC and give up the production credits. END OF STORY. Every revenge tune Bob has written (and I'm sure that if he reads this there will be more) has been about me. But then, you have to ask the question as to why I was such a replaceable drummer, he keeps writing revenge songs about me? I went to Buffalo again back in the day, and saw Bob at a session. He knew I was there, and he didn't say g'day. Bob still has no balls. He's a talented musician, but he holds fear deep in his heart. Deep, deep, in his heart. And you can hear it in his playing...nothing about his chord changes and the melodies have progressed over all of these years.
You'll have to pardon me some of my spellings and typos, but I haven't lived in Bob's world for at least five decades.
