Variety (The Prince Single)

Here's a fairly rare one from Nebraska, (I'm guessing?) I really couldn't find anything on these guys. The song credits list Wilde and Schmitz and that's about it.

Oh Boy! (Masterplan Single)

Here's a nice Dutch, Powerpop two sider. Bass player Jan Voster played with The Meteors and Erik Brusse and Michiel Jansen both went on to Eric and the Burden. I couldn't find anything on the drummer. Looks like this was their only record. That's all I could find.

The Skunks (Can't Get Loose Single)

a repost by request, originally posted 11-26-08, new rips and scans, enjoy!
The Skunks were an Austin, Texas three piece that formed in 1977. They are generally recognized as one of Austin's first punk bands. This was their first single, they released it on their own, (I'm guessing?) Skunks Records. The record cost them $10.00 to record. Before disbanding in 1983, they released: 2 full lengths, a 2, 7" record set Ep, another single and they had a couple tracks on the Live at Raul's comp.

Line Up -

Jesse Sublett - Bass, Vocals
Billy Blackmon - Drums
Jon D. Graham - Guitar

The Corsairs (Today E.P.)

a repost by request, originally posted 5-29-11, new rip and scans, enjoy!
Here's a great E'P' from L.A's The Corsairs. I couldn't find much info, on the band, mostly just opinion.Other than this, a second single was released on their own "Pirate records" label in 1986 titled, Love On The Run. A comp from 2011 titled Idealistic Youth, compiling some California 80s Mod bands has two Corsairs tracks: Round And Round, and Love On The Run.

Line Up-

Allen Shalby - Vocals, Bass, Piano, and Guitar
Steve Hartnell - Guitars, And Vocals
