The Aristocrats ( My Date Single)

Here's a cool slab of Keyboard driven Powerpop for ya. Catchy tunes, great harmonies and snappy drum work, make this platter a must.
The Aristocrats, originally a three piece from Harrisburg, PA formed in 1979. This, their only offering was self released.
Ray Burkett has a YouTube channel, where he's posting old Aristocrats videos. If interested, you can find it here, The Aristocrats 1981.

The Moondogs are a Irish three piece that formed in 1978. They released four singles, this being the fourth and two Lp's. The first Lp, "That’s What Friends are For" was produced by Todd Rundgren, and was released in 1981 on Sire Records,(Germany only). A few months later The Moondogs hung it up. Around 2000 the band reformed and in 2003 released their second lp "Red Fish". The same year, Detour Records released a disk of their John Peel sessions, which I believe is out of print. All of their records are great and worth owning. If your interested in reading more about the band; they have a web site you can find HERE .

The Lookalikes were a popular four piece from Dublin Ireland, that I'm pretty sure were around from the late 70's, through the early 80's. In all they released, three singles, and one full length.
