Had a few requests for this one lately; so I thought it as good a time as any, for a re-post. Cool compilation featuring five early Connecticut hardcore 45's. The bands are C.I.A., Vatican Commandos, Reflex From Pain, Lost Generation and Violent Children. It's a limited, numbered pressing of 400; mine is #53.

So very grateful for what you do here at your blog over the years. You really set the bar for band selection and this comp. escaped me as I used to listen to MRR radio show and knew how great C.I.A. was and later found the greatness of the Vatican Commandos, et al to looking forward to hearing this comp. Thanks allot! I really appreciate the kind words and I'm glad you dig the blog. At one time or another, I've owned 4 of the five singles. Pretty sure I still have three of them. I'm with ya, the C.I.A single smokes. I've loved it from the first time I heard it and it still gets me going to this day. A true hardcore classic and one I'll never part with!!
